1. Precision features
a. The flatness of the worktable 400*800 is within 3μ, the parallelism of the two grinding surfaces of the template can be up to 5μ, and the surface finish can reach 0.18μm.
b. Spindle rotation accuracy within 2μ.
2. Structural features
a. The outer diameter of the spindle is Φ110, the outer diameter of others general spindle is Φ100, the general spindle is four 7208C, the total rated dynamic load is 140KN, the reinforced spindle is five 7210C, and the total rated dynamic load is 215KN. Therefore, the reinforced spindle is about 60% more rigid than the ordinary spindle. In the heavy duty cutting, the spindle's rigidity is important, and often the cutting ability of the machine tool is reflected on the spindle.
b. The machine is equipped with a 7.5HP V2-class spindle motor to ensure that the spindle has enough power in hard-cutting pins
c. The column adopts a new double-wall design, which increases the horizontal fine-tuning of the interior of the double-walled column. The integrity between the double walls of the column has been greatly enhanced. The steel rigidity of the column is within 1 μ in the radial test at 50 KG thrust. It is enough to resist the reaction force of the grinding wheel when it is working.
d. The grinding head is a reinforced grinding head, combined with the principle of force applied to the grinding head, to design the slope so that the grinding head can be better transmitted to the column by force, thus ensuring the stability of the grinding head when cutting.
e. There are two main task for the machine saddle. One: Support the high-speed movement around the left and right side for the work table ; Second: Drive the work table back and front at high speed; so the saddle under the double V track, must have good orientation and support steel. Our company uses the simulation software Solidworks to analyze the stress and deformation of the saddle. The maximum deformation of the saddle is under the pressure of 1000KG, and the guide rail supports the deformation within 0.5μ. Fully meet the weight support requirements of the workbench and processing work.
3. The front and rear transmission parts adopt ball screw design, which makes the saddle more smooth in front and back movements and reduces the driving torque of the front and rear motors, so that the motor is more stable during working, and avoiding saddle's movement sometimes fast or sometimes slow.As the front and rear screws are precision transmission parts, they are easily affected by dust. Once the dust enters the screw, it will cause the screw to wear in a short time. Therefore, our company fully cover shield protection device to ensure the minimum damage to the screw.
4. The servo drive are applied to allparts of the transmission to make sure the precision of the that to reduce the errors in the traditional structure, increase the precision of the handwheel feed, and make the feed more accurate. Drive feeds up to 1μ per scale,better than similar models 5μm per sacle.
5. Left and right hydraulic transmission adopts imported precision hydraulic cylinder from Taiwan, which makes the hydraulic cylinder more stable in the transmission process. The inner diameter of the hydraulic cylinder is Φ25, the common inner diameter is Φ20, and the overall hardness is increased by 20%. The electronic commutation is adopted for the commutation of the table left and right to avoid the noise and instability of the traditional mechanical commutation. Around the use of a closed type of dust return device, the cylinder has a very good dust and protection.
