Base part: Abandoning the base structure of the traditional grinding machine, adopting a rigid and stable truss structure, achieving higher processing requirements and a more beautiful overall shape. And the base is designed with 90mm high three support surfaces to improve the handling effect of the machine.
Linear guide section : roller linear guides on the front and rear Y-axis for better machine stability.
Screw drive section :Screw and servo motor use direct drive to improve transmission error and repeat
positioning accuracy at ±0.002mm.
Left and right X-axis features
Saddle rail section :The guide rail adopts a double V-shaped structure with high stability and low vibration, and the reinforcement structure with larger density and width at the bottom to ensure stability during motion.
Hydraulic transmission part :The left and right X-axis adopts proportional hydraulic transmission to ensure work efficiency and can be positioned for sand repair.
Screw drive section: The left and right X-axis screw and servo motor are directly connected to ensure the positioning accuracy and can be combined with sand cleaning.
Horizontal grinder spindle
The main shaft of the main shaft is adopted and the flange end is made of 1:5 shaft so that it can be effectively combined with the grinding wheel of the small grinding machine.
