YASHIDA 870 MILLING MCHINE
Function and feature description
YASHIDA-870 engraving and milling machine adopts gantry beam frame layout, the column is fixed on the bed body, the spindle head moves up and down along the sliding seat (Z direction), the table moves longitudinally along the bed (Y direction), and the carriage moves laterally along the beam ( X-direction) structure.The body, workbench, slide, column, spindle head and other large parts are made of high-strength cast iron material (HT300), which is shaped by resin sand and treated with two aging treatments to eliminate stress. These large parts are optimized to improve the rigidity and stability of the large parts and the whole machine, effectively suppressing the deformation and vibration of the machine caused by the cutting force.
The workbench
The table is HT300 brand casting, which is processed by secondary annealing after casting, and then high quenching on surface of the table after processing.
The control system operating space can be installed in 180 degrees.When not is ues,it can be rotated to the right of the machine to save operating space.When in use,it can be uesd in parallel or vertical direction with the machine according to user habits.
Each drive mechanism part (bearing bore) we adopt the grinding process, which can guarantee the service life of the bearing.
