The whole lathe bed and the lathe feet are all adopt 45 degrees casting structure as a whole. 4)The spindle box adopts spindle unit which is of independent type and sleeve structure and it is equipped with high intensity special bearing for spindle. In terms of lubrication, it adopts the Germany special lubricating oil of bearing, which greatly reduces the thermal deformation of spindle unit and improves the thermal stability and accuracy.
