hydraulic turret
1)It adopt hydraulic driver type,and famous brand motor,mute,high speed,bigger torque,the speed of change tool is only 0.3S.
2)The internal structure of turret is cam intermittent mechanism,locking cylinder with precision concave and convex tooth positioner, tool change accuracy of 0.003 or less, can be, for the knife, can withstand heavy cutting.
3)The use of sensitive and reliable proximity switch, and carefully designed electronic sensor system, induction fast, no knife.
Power turret
1)Rotating positioning adopts 3-piece clutch and hydraulic locking providing great durability,which is suitable for heavy machining.
2)The maximun rotating speed of the turret can reach 5000/6000rpm.It has great torsion force and is suitable for heavy milling,drilling and tapping.
3)Rotating speed is fast.It take only 0.1 second to move to next tool position(neighboring tool).positioning accuracy is 2 seconds.Repeating accuracy is 1 second.
servo turret
1)The series adopts a 3-piece clutch and hydraulic locking providing great durability,which is suitable for heavy machining.
2)uses servo motor and servo drive as power source to rotate tool discs.Rotating speed is fast.It takes only 0.1 second to move to next tool position.positioning accuracy is 2 seconds.
3)The tool disc does not move forward to prevent contamination by chips or positioning accuracy,maximum rigidity and superior repeatability. Low noise and high durability.
1.The major basic parts such as the lathe bed, lathe feet, the middle supporting plate, the spindle box are all made of HT300 cast iron. The whole lathe bed and the lathe feet are all adopt 45 degrees casting structure as a whole. The compact and reasonable symmetric structure ensures high rigidity and bending vibration performance of basic parts. The guide rail surface of lathe bed adopts superaudio quenching and the penetration depth can reach to 2 mm, which provides the guarantee for the stability of lathe for a long time using.
2)The middle supporting plate together with the whole lathe bed, the middle slip plate and the sliding surface of supporting plate are all adopt the line rail technology of Taiwan, with fast speed, eliminating intermittent creep, high rigidity, low friction, and low noise characteristics. With automatic pressure lubrication, it improves the machine accuracy.
3)The feed of X, Z direction adopts the inner loop preloading large-lead ballscrew with double nut so it is of high feed speed. The drive motor connect with screw straightly via elastic coupling. The feed servo motor passes power to the high precision ball screw directly . It is no gap, and it ensures the accuracy of positioning and synchronization for the lathe.
4)The spindle box adopts spindle unit which is of independent type and sleeve structure and it is equipped with high intensity special bearing for spindle. In terms of lubrication, it adopts the Germany special lubricating oil of bearing, which greatly reduces the thermal deformation of spindle unit and improves the thermal stability and accuracy. The torque in the process of chipping is greatly increased too. It uses spindle unit which is high speed, high precision, and high rigidity. The bearing capacity of axial and radial is very strong, the top speed can reach to 6000 RPM (optional A2-5), and the standard is 4000 RPM .
