Guide rail and ball screw of X, Y, Z direction are all use protection device to ensure that the screw and the guide is clean and the accuracy and life of machine tool's transmission and movement.

The feed of X, Y, Z direction adopts the inner loop preloading large-lead ballscrew with double nut so it is of high feed speed. The drive motor connect with screw straightly via elastic coupling. The feed servo motor passes power to the high precision ball screw directly.

The spindle unit of the machine tool is high speed, high accuracy, high rigidity, with large load carrying capacity of axial and radial, and the maximum speed of up to 8000rpm.
