The VMC is suitable for the mechanical processing and mold making.And it can adapt to the processing requirement from rough machining to finish machining.it can also finish many working procedures like milling,drilling,tapping,boring.etc.
1)Base, sliding block, working bench, vertical column , spindle box and other main basic parts adopt HT250 cast iron; base is box type structure with symmetric compact and reasonable structure which ensures the basic parts of the high rigidity and bending resistance performance; the column is of A shape bridge span, together with bed inside grid reinforced, effectively ensure the rigidity and accuracy of the Z axis strong cutting force; the basic parts are polished by resin sand and aging treatment, so it ensure machine’s long-term stability when working.
2)The guide rail of X, Z, Y axis are plastic rectangular guide, has the advantages of fast speed, Eliminate intermittent creep, high rigidity, low friction, low noise , low temperature rise and so on. Using automatic forced lubrication, it can improve the accuracy of machine tools.
3)Z axis matched with counterweight to keep balance, which ensure the spindle box running smoothly and stable; Z axis drive motor matched with electric brake device.
4)The feed of X, Y, Z direction adopts the inner loop preloading large-lead ballscrew with double nut so it is of high feed speed. The drive motor connect with screw straightly via elastic coupling. The feed servo motor passes power to the high precision ball screw directly . It is no gap, and it ensures the accuracy of positioning and synchronization for the lathe
5)The spindle unit of the machine tool is high speed, high accuracy, high rigidity, with large load carrying capacity of axial and radial, and the maximum speed of up to 8000rpm
6) Spindle is of central blowing structure. When the spindle releases tool , the high pressure gas is used to clean the main shaft, so ensure the precision and service life of the tool .
7) Guide rail and ball screw of X, Y, Z direction are all use protection device to ensure that the screw and the guide is clean and the accuracy and life of machine tool's transmission and movement.
8) The machine tool external protection of machine tool uses the full protection structure. It is convenient operation, safe and reliable, and nice shape.
9)It uses a reliable device which is automatic and centralized to lubricate. It can lubricate automatically and intermittently to all lubrication points of CNC lathe. And it can settle lubricating time according to operating conditions.
