Cutter suction type dredger is a kind of ship that is widely used in the current dredging project. It uses a suction pipe to install a rotating reamer around the suction pipe, cuts and agitates the river sediment, and then sucks. The mud pipe transports the stranded silt material to the silt material accumulation field with a strong pumping force. Its dredging, mud transport, and mud disposal processes can be completed in one continuous operation. It is a highly efficient method. The lower cost dredger is a good underwater excavation machine.

Our equipment has high work efficiency, large output, and long pump distance. The large-scale cutter dredging dredgers have an output of several thousand cubic meters per hour; the silt or rock fragments are pumped out of a few kilometers by strong power through the mud pump and the sludge discharging pipeline.

1. The cutter is driven by a low speed and high torque hydraulic motor, cutter shaft is supported by dual-column center adjustable spud.
2. The dredger is consisted of mud pump(pump impeller and cover is made by Cr.26 material), driven by diesel engine through high-elastic shaft coupling and gear box (with Electric Clutch).
3. The dredger winch and bridge winch are driven by hydraulic motor.
4. A shaft alternator provides the whole ship power while working, includes: diesel pump, fire pumps, fans, lighting etc.
5. A berth generating set provides the electric power when the dredger is idle, which includes as follows:
Lighting, air-conditioning and ventilator.
Deck cranes, emergency Hydraulic Pump Group and other necessary auxiliary equipment.
