Dredger General Introduction
This cutter suction dredger is designed to operate in sheltered inshore waters and under tropical climate conditions.
Design according to the Chinese ZC Class Standard; build according to Enterprise Standard. She is of all welded steel construction ,bottom plate 10 mm thickness and shell plating 6 mm thickness. 3 hydraulic operated winches is in the front of the marine pontoon deck ,2spud cylinders on the aft .4ballast tank is on the fwd and aft and 2 anchor boom each side.
The whole dredger is dismountable in road transportable sections, railway and ship transport.
The engines and dredge pump are located in the center pontoon, the 2 side pontoons serve as fuel bunkers, ballast tanks and store.
Main Features
1. Wide application range : It can be widely used for mining, sand production, reclamation construction, desilting, land reclamation and so on.
2. High efficiency: The max output can reach to 700 m³/h, water flow 800-5000 stere per hour, digging depth is 4-15 meters, discharge distance is 200-1500 meters.
