2.Products images
The dredger we produce is self-propelled or non self-propelled,portable cutter suction dredger. The
hull uses dismantle and box-like structure, which equipped with horizontal shifting devices, cutter ladder
lifting devices, spud devices, deck crane and so on. It can also be equipped with anchoring poles and
trolley devices. Generally, it has functions on dredging, conveying and discharging of mud or sand. It can
produce certain amount of vacuum by the centrifugal pump.
3.Spares
Pipelines and floaters.
Usually, There are steel pipelines and PE pipelines, customers can buy them from us or themselves.
If customers have special requirement, the pipeline and the floater can be customer made by suppliers.
In packaging, pipelines and floaters are put into 40" high container for shipping.
Generally, customers need to buy more pipelines. Thats because pipelines can be bend for time saving.
Cutter head
For one cutter head, there are 5 blade, 6 teeth equipped on one blade. There is material Cr. for
easy-wearing proof.

Our cutter suction dredgers are designed by senior engineer, who have specialized in shipbuilding and
dredging work for many years, to guarantee they are well-designed and practical.
7.Our company and testing pools
Every cutter suction dredger is built by skilled workers and inspected strictly to assure the high quality
and durability. Each finished dredger will be tested in our testing center to make sure it works smoothly
when delivering to customers.
8.Installation site
Our experienced installers will arrive at the construction site to guide, teach and training your staff to
debugand operate the dredger until they can operate skillfully by themselves.
9.Transportation
The cutter suction dredgers are detachable, so it is easy to transport when delivering or moving from
one working site to another.
10.Clients'visiting and cooperation
We have two factories. Totally 30,000 square meters. One is located in Binhai Economy Development
Zone, the other is in Qingzhou Economy Development Zone. Specially, Qingzhou Factory is noted for
hydraulic system and bucket chain sand dredger; Weifang Factory is mainly for cutter suction dredger
painting, assemble, testing and dismantle for shipping.
