The products are of a great variety including 800—20000m3/h large scale dredging and sand mining equipments .
The dredger we produce is self-propelled or non self-propelled,portable cutter suction dredger. The hull uses dismantle and box-like structure, which equipped with horizontal shifting devices, cutter ladder lifting devices, spud devices, deck crane and so on. It can also be equipped with anchoring poles and trolley devices. Generally, it has functions on dredging, conveying and discharging of mud or sand. It can produce certain amount of vacuum by the centrifugal pump.
About Installation
the seller provides two technical engineers who are skilled and experienced in their respective skills who are competent to adequately do the work at hand.
Labour
Before the dismantle dredger to the working site, the buyer shall arrange 6-8workers for installation and learn how to operation.
The buyer shall be responsible for the recruitment, transportation, accommodation, medical care and catering of all labor, local or expatriate, required for the execution of the contract and for all payments in connection therewith.
the seller responsible, at his own cost, for obtaining all necessary permits and or visa from the approciate authorities for the entry of all labour and personnel to be employer on the site.
scope of works.
the work include design, testing like at working site before ex-factory, dismantle, supply, installation, testing at working site, and commissioning of complete silt dredging equipment along with all necessary accessories suitable for the working site. Some of the scope of works inlcude but not limited to :
1. planning and design of dredging system specifically suited for the working site
2. designing and supplying of all necessary accessories/parts such as suction head, suction pipe(flexible sections ), outlet pipe(PE sections or steel pipeline with flexible joints), floaters and anchor system of pipes, outlet valves, pumps and variaty of spares.
3.All associated civil works such as anchoring of equipments when on floatation, docking place in case of non-operation.

5. Installation, testing and commissioning of the equipment including all the required manpower.
6.Arrangement of mobile cranes for handling equipments at site for erection at buyer's side, testing and commissionning at the seller's side.
7. In the process of testing and commissioning, engineers of seller do also provide training of workers how to operation.
8. Supply of fast running spares.
Note
All necessory tools, tackles, plants and machineries required for the installtation, testing and commissioning of dredging equipment shall be in the scope of the buyer.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to store of the material at appropriate locations at their own cost if required. however, storage site shall be provided by the buyer.
