2. Hydraulic Sand Dredger

The hydraulic Sand dredger we produce is self-propelled or non self-propelled,portable hydraulic sand dredger. The hull uses dismantle and box-like structure, Its dismantle type can be assembly at working place easily and be transported by road, railway and container accordingly, convenient in installation and working place moving from one to another. The power system can be designed to electric system or diesel engine driving system according to customers’ requirements.Equipment on the hydrasulic sand dredgers are as bellows: traversing device, cutter ladder lifting device, spuds and deck crane. The working process is as following: the cutter head cut the sand and mud underwater to mixture of slurry, then through dredging pump to the pipeline on dredger; at the end the slurry will be discharged by pipeline on land to the required place. Functions of hydraulic sand dredger: dredging river, dredging sand, desilting, reclamation for channels and land, and building roads. Working site of hydraulic sand dredger: sea, port, lake, and river. Soil conditions: relative hard soil, harden sand, sludge, sea sand, river sand, clay, mud, and so on. |

5. Hydraulic Sand dredger Test before ex-factory
| Each hydraulic sand dredger must be tested well before delivery, before test we will send the invitations letter to the buyers to invite them and check the hydraulic sand dredger performance by themselives. |
6. Hydraulic Sand dredger transportated by trucks on road
| The hydraulic sand dredger is dismantled, box-like structure, and can be transported easily by trucks on road. |
7. Assembly in working sites and engineers are available for overseas service
| After hydraulic sand dredger arrive at customers' working site, two experienced engineers will be sent within one week.With the assist work of 6-8 native workers, our engineers will finish the hydraulic sand dredger assembly work and give some training to the native workers. |
