Cutter head For one cutter head, there are 6 blade, 7 teeth equipped on one blade. There is material Cr. for easy-wearing proof. Cutter head is driven by hydraulic motor; cutter bearing has lubrication seal-in units. |

Hydraulic system: The most important parts of sand mining dredge and wheel bucket dredger. The hydraulic system requirements are very high and strict; it’s the main artery of the entire sand mining dredge. Lateral traction winches, lifting winch and cutter head of the dredgers are driven by hydraulic motors. |

4. FAQ for River dredging equipment
1). River dredging equipment test before-ex-factory
Do your river dredging equipment have a test before ex-factory?

Answer: Yes, it must be. Each sand mining dredge must be tested very well before ex-factory so that can guarantee sand mining dredge performance at customers' working sites and save the time and cost for customers. Before test we will send invitation letters to the clients to invite them come and do the performance inspectation by themselves, after get the clients permition and the sand mining dredge will be transported to the port for loading. |
2). River dredging equipment transportation
How is the river dredging equipment transported?

Answer: There are two ways for sand mining dredge being transported, if the sand mining dredge size smaller than JMD350, it is easy to transported by containers; if the sand mining dredge size is larger than JMD350, it will be transported by bulks. The sand mining dredge structure is dismountable and assembled so that can be easy transported by trucks on road. |
3). river dredging equipment after sales service
What kind of service will supply after sales?

Answer: After sand mining dredge arrive at clients' working site, we will send two experienced enginneers for sand mining dredger body assembly and native workers' training. With the asist of ancillary equipment like excavators and cranes , the sand mining dredge assembly can be finished within 10days and training can be in one week. |
