   Drilling  hose is composed of inner tube, reinforcement and hose cover.  
  • Inner tube: oil-resistant, abrasion-resistant and acid & alkali resistant rubber, principally nitrile rubber.
  • Reinforcement: two, four and six spiral layers of high tensile steel wire.
  • Hose cover: weatherproof, anti-aging and ozone resistant rubber, mainly neoprene rubber.
• Inside diameter: 51mm - 102mm.
• Outside diameter: 66mm - 142mm.
• Minimum bend radius: 850mm - 1600mm.
• Temperature range: -4°F to 200°F (-20°C to 90°C).
• Working pressure: 15MPa - 70MPa.
• Burst pressure: 60MPa - 175MPa.

   Application 

•  Drilling hose is mainly used in oil field, well cementing, well repairing, geological explorations, water conveyance at coal excavations, mine hydraulic support and forging metallurgy.
• Drilling hose is used to carry slurry, water and other fluids at environmental temperature.
