Gunite hose / mortar hose is widely used in concrete construction industry, such as concrete repair, mining reinforcement, swimming pool construction, ground stabilization and decorative concrete. Gunite hose is used to convey dry sand and cement to the gunite nozzle by means of compressed air. And water is added to the material by the gunite nozzle before the material is sprayed on the construction surface. Then it forms concrete.
The details:
- Tube: resistant to high abrasion synthetic rubber, mainly NR synthetic rubber.
- Reinforcement: two layers of high tensile steel wires or polyester cords.
- Cover: resistant to weather, ozone, corrosion, abrasion and cutting synthetic rubber, mainly NR synthetic rubber.
