PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Manufactures and supplies union is for mud tanks, mud tank connecting lines and pump suction flanges. These are manufactured for a maximum line pressure of 150 PSI. The nitrile seal provides compressive seal, the crosssection of the seal designed to provide greater sealing surface. The union is designed to take a maximum of 7° misalignment on the pipe. Sizes which are catered for are 6", 8", 10" and 12", 6", 8" and 10" sizes can be socket welded to pipe or butt welded to tubing. 12" size requires butt weld.

Features of mud tank union:
Elongated cross-section of nitrile seal ring provides greater sealing surface.
Nitrile seal ring supplies compressive sealing.
It allows up to 7° pipe misalignment.
Mud tank unions of 6, 8 and 10 inch can be socket welded or butt welded to pipe, and 12 inch union can be butt welded only.
Suitable for the pipeline connection which features low pressure, large diameter, large misalignment and fast and frequent installation and dismantlement.

Media available: water, drilling fluids (containing oils, acids and alkalis).
Media temperature: 0 °C to 90 °C.
Environment temperature: -30 °C to +50 °C.
Max sealing pressure (fluid pressure): 0.6 MPa.
Available sizes: 6", 8", 10" and 12".
Packing Details : High pressure pipe fittings stainless steel fmc weco figure 200 fig206 fig400 hammer union for oil drilling stantard export package or as per customer's request.
