Glass pot cover tempering machine is a special kind of glass tempering machine. It is mainly designed for tempering glass pot cover, glass fruit plate, special glassware used for microwave oven etc. Flat glass to be sent by loading section, heated to 700℃,and moulded by the mould, and then quickly cooled on the tempering and cooling section, thus the pot cover is finished.At last transported through the unloading section.

1).Loading section is composed of rubber-covered rollers with Aluminum profile and Pillow Block Bearing

2)Moulds can be changed into different shapes to meet different needs. Positioning can be adjusted manually, the lower and upper moulds can be changed at random.

3)1260 ceramic fiber board and Nano insulation board are used as the thermal preservation modules, effects of thermal insulation is much better, thus can be energy saving.

4).PLC is OMRON product, and also can be changed into Siemens as per the clients.

5).Inverters are SIEMENS products or equivalent ones.
