1. Brief introduction of tempered glass machinery

Tempered glass machinery is used for producing large-size flat, bent tempered glass for architecture, and multi-curvature bent tempered glass for automobile, shower cabins and kitchen, etc. The type of sheet glass can be various such as float glass, coated glass, tinted glass,soft low-E glass etc. It consists of loading table, heating section, cooling and tempering section and unloading table. When heated up to 700℃, glass is cooled and tempered quickly with large stress produced on the surface. When impacted strongly, the glass will be broken into small pieces without sharp corners.
