1.What is our factory product range?
A)We are specialize in steel tube/pipe, plate,elbow, fittings,coil, sheet etc.
2. Can I get free samples?
A)Yes, we can provide you the free samples, but you need to bear their own delivery costs.
3. What are the trade terms we can be accepted?
A)EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF etc.
4. What are the payment terms for sample cost and order amount?
A)T/T or L/C preferred.
5. What is the whole process for doing business with us ?
1) Please provide details products information you need.
2) If price acceptable and sample needed, sample can be customized via customers' requirement and be sent immediately.
3) If sample approved and bulk production required for order,proforma Invoice will be sent and products fabricating will be arranged at once when 30% deposit received.
4) Products photos, packing details, and will be sent to customers after products finished. Shipment will be arranged after the balance payment paid.
Q. How long can make delivery?
A:For stock products, will make shipments in 5- 7 days after receiving deposit or receiving L/C; for products need new production for common materials, usually make shipments in 15-20 days; for products need new production for special and rare materials, usually need 30-40 days to make shipment.
Q:Can you provide the samples?
A:Samples can be provided with samples charge and courier fee by the buyer's side.
Q:Are the products in stock?
A:Yes.Most of our products are in stock.So we can prompt delivery.
Q:Can you accept customize?
A:Yes.It can be customized as per the customers' request.
Q:What about the quality?
A:According to the standard for production.And we can also accept the third-party inspection
and quarantine.
