Introduction:
Pipe conveyor belt is new type of conveying belt which uses belt carcasses(Fabric,Steel cord and etc.)as
skeleton,high elastic, high anti-abrasive and high strength rubber as working surface.They are mainly used in
conveying powdery and granular materials and etc.that are pollutive to the environment. When working,the
rubber belt changes its form from flat to U shape and finally to pipe shape,folding the materials and realizing the
process of enclosed coneying.
Features of Structures and Applications
n Thecarcass is single or multi-ply chemicalfiber canvas or made of steel cord. The special manufacturing technique isapplied to both edges of the belt, which generates proper lateral stiffness toform into the shape of the pipe with fatigue resistance. The belts can bewidely used to convey materials in a sealed way in relative situations, such as cement industry, ports, electric powerplants and fertilizer industry etc.
