Work Principle

This machine consists of two sets of movable blades on the main shafts and 4 sets of fixed blades in the main body. The movable blades are in helix shape and with slope on the edge. The rubber material, which is cut repeatedly by the blades, has been crushed and scrubbed continuously in the machine. Clean and soft rubber is forced to the outlet by the driving shafts, after that the scrapers on the outlet cuts off the rubber being extruded into smaller pieces for the use in sheeting. It is our patent product which is highly recommended in rubber lump production line.

Function

This machine is a type of efficient equipment used in rubber lump processing for cutting, mixing and washing at the same time. It cuts the rubber lump into smaller pieces in which the impurities are easily to be washed away. Being cut, mixed and cleaned in the main body repeatedly, the rubber lump in larger size turns to be smaller, softer, and more clean. The machine is suitable for various kinds of rubber material process.
