The Shinway Cantilever Rack is a kind of long shape goods special rack. Cantilever rack is an ideal warehousing solution for storage of bulky, fragmented or other special shaped products. Cantilever rack is suitable for storage of long material, annular material, sheet material, pipe material, and irregular goods.
Cantilever rack combination is flexible, according to customer needs can choose single-sided cantilever design or double-side cantilever design.
Cantilever rack has the characteristics of the stable structure, high load capacity and high space utilization.
The cantilever rack's upright mostly uses the H-type steel or cold rolled steel. The cantilever is made of square tube, cold-rolled steel or H-type steel. The cantilever rack uses socket or bolt to connect the upright and cantilever. The upright and the base connected by bolt. The base uses H-type steel or cold rolled steel.
The storage of goods on cantilever racks is carried out by forklifts, bridge crane or manually. Cantilever rack height is usually less than 2.5 meters (it can be up to 6 meters if using forklift to access goods shelf height). The cantilever’s length is up to 1.5 meters. One cantilever load is within 1000KG. Cantilever racks are mostly used in machinery manufacturing and building materials supermarkets.
Cantilever rack can add plates to adapt to small space and low height warehouse. Compared with ordinary pallet rack, cantilever rack with plate’s management is convenient, wide vision and higher utilization rate.
