What is super absorbent polymer?
Super absorbent polymer is also called SAP, they are non toxic granules capable of absorbing and retaining many times their weighr in water. They have a nuque surface cross linking chemistry which prevents gel blocking and allows liquid to flow freely to the particles for efficient absorption. In addition to providing excellent moisture control, they thicken fluids and turn them into a solid gel, swell when in contact with liquid, and exchange ions during absorption.
Our super absorbent polymer has many different applications.
(1)SAP-B is our patent products which are mainly used for absorbing blood, it is mainly used in sanitary napkin. At present, many consumers use the standard of absorbing water to test the super absorbent polymer used in sanitary napkin, to be honest, this is not the right way.
(2)Our SAP-B has more faster absorption speed than other SAP in aspect of blood. Our products SAP-b can absorb 5ML blood in 20 seconds, more faster than sap from other manufactures.
(3)Our SAP- B products can be used in many different application such as baby diaper, adult diaper, sanitary napkin, pet pad, nursing bed pad, cable drap strip, cable water ointment, ice pack, medical gauze bandage.
