Product uses:

It is suitable for transporting lubricating oil without solid particles and fibers, without corrosiveness, temperature not higher than 80 C, viscosity 5 *10-6~1.5 *10-3 m2/s (5-1500 cSt) or other liquids similar to lubricating oil.

Scope of application:

It can be used as a transmission and booster pump in the oil delivery system, as a fuel pump for conveying, pressurizing and injecting in the fuel system, and as a lubricant pump in all industrial fields.

Structural features:

This series of gear pumps mainly consist of gears, shafts, pump body, safety valve and shaft end seal (special requirements, magnetic drive, zero leakage structure is optional). The gear has higher hardness and strength after heat treatment, and it is installed in the replaceable Bush together with the shaft. The lubrication of all parts in the pump is automatically achieved by using the output medium when the pump is working.

There are reasonable designed oil drain and return grooves in the pump, which is the least torque the gear bears in the work, so the bearing load is small, wear is small, and the pump efficiency is high.

The pump is equipped with a safety valve as overload protection. The full return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times of the rated discharge pressure of the pump. It can also be adjusted according to the actual needs within the allowable discharge pressure range. However, it should be noted that the safety valve can not be used for long-term work of the pressure relief valve, and can be installed separately on the pipeline when necessary.
