CNC busbar machine
Usage:
This machine is mainly used for different types of processing of copper or aluminum busbar.it is an ideal processing equipment for electrical appliance manufacture of high and low voltage.
Main Characteristics:
1.One machine can carry out processing of punching,shearing and bending at the same time or respectively.
2.Punching unit adopts turret type,can put 8 molds at one time,improving efficiency.
3.CNC system controls bending angle assures high precision and durable.easy operate,just input thickness and width of your busbar,choose angle you want to bend.
4.Through changing tools,the machine can do special processing work such as pressing,embossing,pressing cable joint,twisting and so on.
5.using flat edge shearing method,no oddments.the work piece surface is neater and smoother.
6.the machine is equipped with auto refueling and dump oil system,save time.
7.There are 4 trundles. So the machine can be moved conveniently by adjusting them.
