Description:
1. The box cellophane wrapping machine is a packaging equipment that can be used to pack printing film and locate the layout.
2. Use Panasonic servo motor to deliver film, which has the characteristics of fast feeding speed, precise and stable pattern positioning.
3. Adopting Siemens PLC and touch screen control, all kinds of settings and operation can be operated on touch screen.
4. Use SIEMENS temperature controller to control the temperature of each heater. The temperature is accurate and the setting is more convenient.
5. The new rotary cutter is used to increase the service life by 5 times, and the cutting film is more precise and smooth.
Features:
1. The machine is a full-automatic high-speed transparent film packaging equipment, using multi-position rotating disk alternate packaging mode, all wrapping machine thermal sealing action is completed by cam drive, with a fast, stable operation and other characteristics.
2. Replacing the mold can pack different sizes of goods, using a new design of a number of patent structure, so that the replacement of mold more simple and fast.
3. The new double rotary cutter is used to increase the service life by five times, and the cutting film is more precise and smooth.
4. Equipped with electrostatic eliminator, effectively eliminate static electricity on the packaging film, so that the film delivery is smoother.
5. Adjust the packing speed by frequency converter, and have different packing speed according to the different packaging items.
6. There is a double-sided wrinkle plastic surgery device to make the packaging more body fitted and more beautiful.
7. With compound self-adhesive laser anti-counterfeiting and sealing function, it really plays the role of anti-counterfeiting and moistureproof.
8. Changing the charging way can be used in connection with fully automated production line.
