– Type of coating structure
2/1: Coat the top surface of the steel sheet twice, coat the lower sureface once, and back the sheet twice.
2/2: Coat the top/lower surface twice and bake twice.
3.-Paint System
Polyester (PE) – A more economic paint systerm used in general roofing, cladding and interiors, in normal atmospheric conditions.
PVDF- Paint system used for better corrosion /UV/Fading resistence. Recommended in severe atmospheric environments.
4.- Application
Prepainted galvanized steel are widely used in inside and outside construction, such as agriculture warehouse, corrugated roof, wall, roller shutter door, elevator, ceiling etc, electrial appliance, furniture, carring trade and others.
