Three simple steps to make a vacuum manifold/vacuum injection molding machine:
1, prototype
Before making a CNC silicone hand model, you need to make a prototype. The prototype can use the more common ABS material, CNC machining can be.
2, silicone mold
After the prototype is ready, start making silicone molds.
After eight hours of drying, the silicone mold was cut open and the prototype was taken out. At this point, the silicone mold is ready.
3, injection type
The liquid gum material is injected into the silica gel mold and dried. The transparent silicone mold has a service life of approximately 20 molds.
The first step: using CNC, SLA, or mud sculpture to make a prototype, do the nozzle
Step 2: Enclose the prototype with a board to prepare for the mold
Step 3: Pour the liquid silicone which has been vacuumed by a vacuum machine into the mold to cover the product.
Step 4: Put the mold into the oven for baking, so that the silicone mold can be accelerated and solidified.
Step 5: Take the prototype out of the mold
Step 6: According to the materials required by the product, vacuum the material and copy the finished product.
