Regenerative Type Aluminium Melting Furnace
Furnace type
From the appearance, regenerative type aluminium melting furnace has 2 types, round type and rectangle type.
From constructure material, regenerative type aluminium melting furnace has 2 types, completely castable material type and high aluminum bricks+castable materials
Regenerative type aluminium melting furnace is energy saving, which can save fuel by 30% comparison with old furnace.
1. Features
Design of two regenerative-burners fulfills heat-storage and –release in turns, and achieves high-efficient recycling of afterheat from flue gas;
2. Temperature of exhausted gas reduces from 790℃ to 150℃,which increases thermal-efficiency by 30%;
3. Exhausted gas provides good condition for the following dedusting and desulfurization; exhausted gas goes into dedusting-bag directly without cooling;
4. Low combustion noise;
5. Small oxidation makes little affect to metal-liquid.
Delivery period
Regenerative type aluminium melting furnace will delivery within 60 days counting from contract comes into effective.
Local installation around 30 days for one set regenerative type melting furnace.
Electric debugging is around 10 days.
