Sunyuan LED1 low cost small size four bit two wire passive intelligent loop LED display adopt passive input and two wire connect with converter 4-20mA loop by series. It can display analog value from 4-20mA in loop by Decimal number according to setting range linearly and correspondly.SY LED1 adopt two wire passive Working principle and measure current signal with go through loop which is input signal of display.also is power of display. Need no auxiliary power.So it is easy to connect wire . with Small size,high accuracy and low cost etc advantages. Comparing to traditional display .There are two keys on Sunyan LED1.The display is controlled by CPU.Zero,Full scale,Dot,alarm,delay time can be set again,It is flexible and practical ,digital meters adopt LED display panel,Each LED segment is drived by constant current. Brightness is uniform during 4-20mA .It is with reverse,over current protection.It fit to monitor Physical quantity of temperature, pressure, current and liquid of industrial site , Petroleum and chemical, Environmental monitoring, The mining industry,In most occasion. It covert temperature, pressure, current, liquid level to 4-20mA then connected with SYLED1 display meters .Then display related number Through related sensor it is convenient for user to Omni-directional control.
SY LED1 display measures4-20mA current signal. Do not getting power from 4-20mA loop .Number displayed is not direct current value. and it is Preset value of 4mA and 20mA, and display both related preset value linearly.For example .Set 0 for 4mA,Set 8000 for 20mA, It will display 2000 while input is 8mA,It will display 4000 while inputing 4mA,.If you set 1000 for 4mA,Setting -1000 for 20mA.LED1 will display 0 while inputing 12mA,It will display while input 16mA, Maximum No. is 9999(four bit),Minimum is -1999.
SY LED1 is with alarm..with two isolated Two isolated switching .It can display,control and alarm. This feature only can realized from procedure.two spare PC 452 Optical coupling the pad position Reservate..It will fixed while user need alarm function..Two alarm point is set can be positive or negative alarm direction. Alarm object for display readings, The last decimal point on LED display panel flashing. alarm messages through port output signal output can drive optocoupler.
