4G LTE Frequencies

Since 4G LTE networks in China, Europe, and USA and other parts of the world are set up to operate between 698 MHz and 2700 MHz, only multi-band antennas catering for the full frequency range should be used for 4G LTE. A great advantage of this is that these multi-band antennas also cover the GSM, GPRS and CDMA, UMTS frequencies. Where reception is good enough, omnidirectional antennas should suffice. In problematic reception conditions, a beam or directional antenna, which in principle operates more efficiently, can be used instead.
