3. How to pack a pallet using plastic layer pads
Pallet packaging is first to put a layer pad on the wooden or plastic pallets of 1000MM*1200MM or 1100MM*1100MM then arrange the bottles or cans well on it before putting another payer pad on the well-arranged bottles and then another round. The number of tiers are depended on the size of the bottles ,its delivery and the place where they will be stocked and also need to make sure it is easy for a forklift to carry them. After they are done, we usually use a wood cover to cap them before using a nylon belt for steel belt to fasten . At last , they are needed to be packed well in membrane using the automatic packing machine. You can also stick the product specification for date to the pallet.
4. Factors need to be considered when choosing PP corrugated plastic layer pads
1) Material. 100% virgin sheets are much higher than ones using recycled materials. Some producers sometimes use recycled materials to cut the price
2) Density. The higher the density , the stronger the sheets will be. In your cases of 700kgs/pallet, three pallets a stack, 1000g/m2 will be strong enough. The lower density will be out of shape after times of use while the higher density will be more high in price. Density available: 850-3500g/m2
3) Size: depends on the number of bottles placed on. Popular size 1000*1200mm, 1100*1100mm, 1420*1100mm
4) Thickness. Popular thickness: 3mm, 4mm, in extreme cases, 10mm 12mm are also available.
5) Color. Choose a color that suit your bottles or cans. Blue and green are most common.
6) Price.
