Turn ON F3:
1) Press the button (at the center of top cover of beacon) and keep holding 5 to 10 seconds;
2) Then the Blue LED will be light on 5 seconds then off; it means that the beacon start broadcasting;
Turn OFF F3:1) Press the button (at the center of top cover of beacon) and keep holding 5 to 10 seconds;
2) Then the Blue LED will flash 5 times then off; it means that the beacon is off and stops broadcasting;
