Product introduction
The single layer glass reactor heated the liquid in the water bath, and the reactor body was immersed in the liquid. The reaction in the reactor body was heated at constant temperature, and the evaporation and reflux of the reaction solution could be controlled. When the reaction is completed, the bottom of the kettle is discharged directly, and the operation is very convenient. It is an ideal equipment for modern chemistry, sample preparation, biological pharmacy and new material synthesis.
A single glass reactor can provide a range of 90-200 degrees Celsius (water in a water bath below 90 degrees Celsius, more than 90 degrees centigrade to use high temperature heat transfer oil, the most high temperature can reach 200 degrees centigrade), and a vacuum can be pumped to do negative pressure reaction.
All glass products in the glass reactor are made of high borosilicate glass and expanded coefficient 3.3. Its smooth and uniform surface ensures no material bond, easy to clean, better perspective and easy to observe the process; it is made of SiO2, B2O3, NaO, Al2O3; it has anti chemical corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance to a variety of acid, salt solution, organic intermediates, disable hydrofluoric acid, high concentration phosphoric acid, and alkaline solution. The temperature should not be higher than 50 degrees centigrade; the temperature range of the glass parts is from -80℃to +200℃; the heat resistance is less than 120 ℃, and the operating pressure of the glass parts (the pressure range is different for different temperatures and DN diameters), from -0.1Mpa to 0.4Mpa.
Qiyu Glass Reactor Seal adopts self-lubricating mechanical seal, which is more sealing, resistant to high strength corrosion and has a long service life. The frequency converter used in the system is stable in quality, showing the real-time temperature and rotational speed clearly. The PT100 probe has small error and high precision in temperature measurement. Wheel belt brake, easy to use.
