Soft Ground Cutter:
Installed in the soft ground Cutterhead or mixed Cutterhead, relying on the high hardness tungsten carbide teeth to cut the rock-soil body. Based on the limitation of this principle of rock crushing, the soft ground cutter is mainly suitable for the soft ground layer or the composite formation that the saturated uniaxial compressive strength is not more than 20Mpa. We can design the most efficient cutter according to different Cutterheads and geological conditions.
Antecedent Cutter:
Installed in the Front face and the Edge of the Cutterhead, it is mostly of long and thin shape, higher than the scraper on the Cutterhead. It’s used to loosen the excavated face in advance, decrease the wear of the bottom scraper. It consists of weld-on type and replaceable type that can be installed in the disc cutter housings directly.
