Vacuum Degassing is a solid-control device that specifically handles invading drilling fluids, invasive gas in drilling fluid can be quickly removed, recovery drilling fluid proportioin and stable drilling fluid performance. It is an indispensable equipment for exploration wells, ultra-deep wells and underbalanced well drilling projects, suitable for supporting various drilling fluid circulation perification systems.

Structural characteristics of vacuum deaerator machine:
1.The suction of the vacuum pump causes the mud to enter the vacuum tank and use it to draw the gas out of the vacuum tank, where the vacuum pump serves two different functions.
2. In the working process, the water ring vacuum pump is always in the isothermal state, suitable for the flammable and explosive gas suction, and the safety performance is reliable.
3. The mud shoots through the window of the rotor at high speed to the four walls. The bubbles in the mud are completely broken and the degassing effect is good.
4. The main motor is biased and the overall center of gravity is reduced.
5. The use of a belt drive avoids the complexity of the reduction mechanism.
6. The application of steam separator will not cause water and gas to be discharged at the same time, so that the exhaust pipe is always open. In addition, water can be circulated to the vacuum pump, saving water.
7. The suction pipe is inserted into the mud tank and can be used as a high-power stirrer when the mud is not immersed.
