Description:
Using these level pins or grade sticks, is a very time and cost effective way of building new subfloors or leveling old uneven floors.
The level pin method of leveling provides increased accuracy at a significant cost saving.
Bright signal color makes them easily visible.
The covering paper is easily detachable from the self-adhesive tape.
1- (5mm- 60,80,100mm) pin
2- Adhesive strip holds the pin securely in place during a pour
3- Easy-to-cut plastic
4- Convenient, easy-to-read measurements in inches and millimeters
5- Use a laser, transit or similar method to grid the floor
6- Prep and prime the substrate
7- Place and trim the pins to the appropriate height
8- Sturdy material returns to its original upright position if stepped on or rolled over
9- Pins become an invisible part of the matrix
Simply cut the level pin with scissors to the desired height, using the moulded millimeter rule along the pin.
Stick the pin to the floor using the heavy-duty self adhesive base of the pin.
Apply the concrete or screed until they are level with the top of the pin.
