The standard angle nozzle features a solid conical spray shape with a circular spray area and an injection angle of 46°-106°.
The nozzle produces a uniform distribution of droplets with moderate to large droplet sizes over a wide range of flow rates and pressures. This uniform spray distribution is derived from a unique blade design and large, unobstructed flow channels and excellent control characteristics.
The nozzles are precision manufactured to precise dimensions, ensuring accurate and reliable performance. This type of nozzle works well in applications where it is required to completely cover an area of jet flow.
The demister nozzle has a compact design that allows the liquid to reach a large flow rate on a given size of pipe, and has a smooth passage design that greatly reduces nozzle clogging. This nozzle can be installed and updated on most piping systems.
Factors to consider when flushing the system are: flushing surface selection, flushing water pressure, flushing strength, nozzle angle, flushing frequency, flushing water quality, etc.
The amount of replenishing water can be adjusted by adjusting the interval time of each flushing passage, and the flushing passages can be sequentially flushed in a spatial order, or the number of flushing in one cycle can be adjusted to be more than the windward side than the leeward side. The flushing frequency generally depends on the hourly evaporating water flow rate of the absorber. When the water level in the absorber is lower than the set value, the automatic control system will perform the defogger flushing procedure.
Fresh water should be used as much as possible to flush the water to quickly reduce the saturation of the attached slurry on the demister blades to avoid scaling.
Nozzles have been widely used in environmental protection applications such as exhaust gas desulfurization, dust removal, gas scrubbing and cooling applications.
