HUIYUAN plastic pipe corrugators are unique designed. It changes the tranditional power transmission method. The traditional power trasmission method is pulling forward. All the mould blocks are pulled forward by two gears in fround of the corrugator. In this ways it is easy that gaps between mould blocks appears. More addition the gaps between mould blocks are getting larger and larger untill the connecting stem breaks. The gaps between mould blocks may causes the pipe defect during production. HUIYUAN pipe corrugators avoids this kind of condition successfully because it’s mould blocks are all pushed forward.
