This model is fixed open-closing and accumulator die head series which adopts oblique arm double drawbar synchronous clamping mechanism, large space for mold, clamping stable, mold platen durable, mold clamping by oil cylinder pressure directly. It can produce max 500L large chemical packing barrels, civil water tank, large size toys, traffic products, plastic table panels, car oil tank and so on. Technical characteristics: Lock the mold by the center of the oblique arm, stable clamping force. The mold is not easy to deform.(According to the product requirement, the machine can equip with accumulator die head of 35L,40L,45L,50L,60L...
Die head: Special steel and centre feed extrusion die head;
Extruder unit: adopt automatic temperature control unit of import,the screw united by frequency motor,hard tooth surface gear box to achieve stepless speed regulation;
Clampling device: Across the basement type double linear guide and move mould strengthen
rigidity. Template is three bar with center clamping system
Hydraulic system: whole system adopt imported components, proportional control flow, Fast
response, more stable, power consumption without loss;
Electric controlling system: it adopts Japan programmable controller, touch screen,the
characteristic of it has direct manipulation and large information on board.
