Introduction of Solenoid Valve There are closed chambers in the solenoid valve. There are through holes in different positions. Each hole leads to the oil pipe of different solenoid valves. The middle of the cavity is the valve. The two sides are two electromagnets. Which side of the magnet The coil is energized to the valve body to which side, by controlling the movement of the valve body to block or leak different oil drain holes, and the oil inlet hole is normally open, the hydraulic oil will enter different oil drain pipes, and then pass The pressure of the oil pushes the piston of the cylinder, which in turn drives the piston rod, and the piston rod drives the mechanical device to move. This controls the mechanical motion by controlling the current through and off of the electromagnet.

installation precautions

(1) When installing, please pay attention to the arrow on the valve body should be consistent with the flow direction of the medium;

(2) Do not install in places where there is direct dripping or splashing water and the solenoid valve should be installed vertically.

(3) The solenoid valve should ensure normal operation within the fluctuation range of 15%-10% of the rated voltage of the power supply voltage.

(4) After the solenoid valve is installed, there must be no reverse pressure difference in the pipeline. It needs to be powered on several times to make it suitable for use.

(5) Thoroughly clean the pipe before installing the solenoid valve. The medium to be passed should be free of impurities. Install the filter in front of the valve.

(6) When the solenoid valve fails or is cleaned, a bypass device should be installed to ensure the system continues to operate.
