Steel Fiber Reinforced Castable Refractory is made of special bauxite clinker as aggregate, high quality bauxite clinker and corundum fine powder as matrix, ultrafine powder and other composite materials as binder and additive, plus stainless steel heat-resistant fiber Made. At the same time, due to the addition of steel fibers, the overall strength of the furnace wall after pouring the material is greatly enhanced.
The heat-resisting steel fibers used for steel fiber refractory castables should be selected according to the conditions of use of thermal equipment and the appropriate amount should be determined. The preparation process is as follows: firstly weigh the refractory aggregates, powders, binders and admixtures, and dry-mix for one minute; secondly add water and wet mixing, and evenly spread the steel fibers into the material, and do not clump; finally mix for one minute Can be discharged. The total mixing time must not be less than 5 minutes. When the vibrating rod is used for molding, the vibration direction should be staggered to make the distribution of the steel fiber reasonable, which can improve the performance.
