What is the rational configuration of the alternator/generator?
1. The total electricity consumption of the whole vehicle is not higher than 85% of the maximum output current of the generator
2. The engine idle speed, by improving the idle speed or increasing the transmission ratio, guarantee the generator output current to meet the need of the vehicle mainly use electrical appliances (generator working around 27 v voltage, speed 2000 RPM, guarantee the cooling demand))
3. The generator speed does not exceed the maximum working speed
4. The installation location of the generator is reliable and reasonable.
Main electrical appliances in bus:
1. Electric eddy current retarder
2. The air conditioning
3. Headlamps, in-box lighting, station display, electric jet engine controller
4. TV, heater, advertising light box
