2.Working principle 
The impact crusher is to crush materials by using high speed impact force. When materials enter the action area of hammer from the feed port, they are crushed for the first time under the high speed impact action. The strong impact force throws materials on the impact plate to undergo crushing for the second time; the materials bounded back by impact plate fall into the action are of the hammer to repeat the steps above until materials are crushed less than the size of discharge gate and discharged out of the discharge gate by gravity.
