Rubber track sheet extruder
1. The rubber standard runway is 400 meters in length and should consist of two parallel straights and two curves with equal radius.In addition to the plastic runway grass runway, the inside of the runway is separated by a suitable material edge.The border is about 5 cm high and at least 5 cm wide.
2. The length of the runway shall be measured 30 cm away from the outer edge of the inner edge of the runway.If there is no protrusion, the measurement should be carried out 20 cm away from the outer edge of the mark line.Note: the iaaf manual of track and field facilities contains all technical information about the structure, design and marking of the runway.This rule gives the basic principles that should be followed.
Each athlete shall have a lane with a width of 1.22 meters, a width of 1.25 meters, a width of 5 centimeters, and all lane widths shall be the same.The length of the first lane shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2 above, and the length of the other lane shall be measured 20 cm away from the outside of the inner lane divider.
Note: the lane width should include the right lane
The rubber runway is built on asphalt or cement, and the basic method is the same as the road construction.The requirements for the surface flatness of the foundation are high, so as to ensure the thickness of the plastic surface layer is consistent and the elasticity is even. The quality requirements for the foundation are as follows:
Slope: horizontal
Flatness: the flatness pass rate is more than 95%, and the error of 3m ruler is 3mm.
Positioning: in order to accurately construct and draw lines, four semicircle tangent points and two centers of the runway site are marked with solid and bright markers.
Drainage: the drainage system must drain water two hours after heavy rain.In the frozen area, a layer of geotextile buffer is added between asphalt layer and gravel layer.The foundation along the drain groove should be treated with special waterproof treatment.
Strength and stability: the foundation shall have certain strength and stability, with uniform and solid surface, no cracks, no rotting edges, and smooth joints.The cushion is compacted, and the compactness is more than 95%. There is no obvious wheel track, loose floating soil, wave and other phenomena after the compaction of medium roller.
