Brushess Mini DC water pumps work Note:
1. The performance of brushless DC pumps is excellent. The premise is that they are used correctly. Changes of using environment will affect the actual effect of the pump.
2. The wire of the water pump can be available to a variety of different requirements according to different customers. Please pay attention to the description of the product page and consult the customer service when purchasing
3. The brushless DC water pump can not be used for overpressure, please use the corresponding rated voltage DC power to supply for the pump;
4. The brushless DC water pump is a centrifugal pump. It must be installed below the liquid level to use it.
5. When mpurities and particles enter the pump body,it will damage the pump. Please ensure that the water source is clean. Special attention is required when using the pump. It is recommended to install a filter device;
6. The water pump must not run withourt water.Long-term waterless idling will burn the water pump;
7. When the pump is used in the pipeline, first open the valve and then turn on the power. When shutting it off, turn off the power and then close the valve.
8. The battery can not be directly connected to the pump.The actual voltage will far exceed its rated voltage after the battery is full .The pump must be connected to the pressure limiting measures.
9. The head of the pump is the vertical height of the water after it is connected to the pipe.
10. The flow of the pump at the maximum head is 0. Please refer to the flow-head diagram to select the pump.
11. The life of the pump is the result of the life test conducted in a stable working environment in the laboratory. The use of different environments may shorten the service life of the pump.
12. Ensure that the water source is clean, regular inspection can increase the service life of the pump;

Customers how to choose the pump:
1. First determine the voltage, current, water head and flow, diameter size.Water pump head is generally the subject of the water which does not flow when pumped up to the static head, if a customer requires pumping the water to a certain height and then to maintain a certain water flow, The water head must be higher than the specified pumping height. You can refer to lift- flow graph.
2. To determine the dimension and form (threaded interface, inlet and outlet orientation, aperture size, etc. )
3. To determine the job requirements (temperature, work time and frequency)
4. To determine the functional requirements (time control, pressure control, flow control, speed, etc. )
