General Introduction of Fiberglass Food Trailer:
1. The whole trailer is made of the whole piece of fiberglass.
It's flat ,smooth and bright.
2. The glue is from Germany Henkel glue, which is with the highest stability all over the world.
3. 100px thickness of polyethylene is used as thermal insulation material inside of wall.
4. Frame structure of the trailer is from Germany. Frame of door and serving window is made of American
waterproof aluminum.
5.Double layer chassis is same quality as Germany Alko. Adopt Germany torsion axle.
6.High quality electric brake system is equipped on each trailer. Hand brake is as option.
7.The supporting legs are also from Germany.
8.Besides, we use high quality 8 inches guide wheels and 14inches tyres for trailer.
9.The signal light is certified by Embark.
10.Floor is 50px thickness and covered with 3mm excellent floor leather material.
Aluminum floor as option.
11.Electrical wires are imported from Australia with high quality.
12.Whole light system is composed of LED lights.
13.The working bench is made of 304 stainless steel. Sliding door under working bench is made of 304 stainless steel as well.
14.This trailer is also equipped with water system and high power range hood.
Standard equipments of the trailer include a chassis of the whole trailer, signal lights and the complete trailer body.
Interior basic equipments are working bench, electric system and water system.
Color of the trailer is made at random if without any special request.
Advertising sticker as option.
Length of trailer body and interior equipments can be made as your requirements.
Materials for all I-TRAILER series products are same.
The only difference is the shape of the trailer.
