About Garri (how to make garri)
Garri is one of many different kinds of food products that can be produced from cassava roots. Garri is dry, crispy, creamy-white and granular. It is made from cassava roots that have been crushed into a mash, fermented and sieved into small pieces (known as garits). The grits are then roasted or fried to make the final crispy product. Garri is a popular food in Western Africa and is fast becoming a marketable products.

Cassava peeler: used in cassava peeling. The machine usually can remove 98% peels from cassava, which save a lot time and labor cost.
De-water Machine (Hydraulic Pressing Machine): by using the priciple of hydraulic and self-weight, nofilter chamber cavity, will directly press and squeeze the water from crushed cassava mash.
Sieveing machine
Garri fryer: all stainless steel design, scraping bottom type; simple installation and easy operation. Its heating method can be electric / gas.
