Glycerol monooleate is called GMO, light yellow liquid, Its CAS no. Is 257496-72-4, is a synthetic product with linear molecules and excellent emulsifying, dispersing and stabilizing functions. It can be used for lotion, emulsification and dispersing.
Chemical structure
Application:
glycerol monooleate is used as emulsifier in food, this product is also used as a common lubricant for the processing of polar thermoplastic resin. It can also be used as an auxiliary plasticizer. The internal lubrication effect is obvious. It can reduce the viscosity of the resin melt and improve the melt fluidity without affecting the transparency of the products. It is mainly used in the PVC hard transparent material.
This product can be used as a plasticizer or softener for synthetic rubber and natural rubber in the rubber industry. It can also be used as a dispersing agent for latex. It has a bad effect on rubber sulfide and has anti - fog effect in the process of film processing.
