3mm Single Coated Green & Grey Painting Aluminum Mirror Sheet
JH GLASS aluminum mirror use vacuum magnetron sputtering technology . All of our aluminum mirrors are distortion-free grade float glass and can be coated both single and double layers. All mirrors can be cut and finished with polished or beveled edges, have safety back, acid etch, sandblast, hole drilling etc.

Protection:
1. Aluminum layer
Aluminum layer is the reflecting layer made by vacuum magnetron sputtering technology, and owns reflection performance for visible light. The aluminum film should cover the float glass surface completely.
2. Paint layer
The paint layer is used for protecting the aluminum layer. JH GLASS usually do single paint and double paint. To distinguish from base coat and top coat, the two layers should have different colors, but well-proportioned too. According to single paint, the layer thickness cannot be lower than 26μm. As for double paint, the layer thickness cannot be lower than 45μm.

4. Lead content test: according to the CPSIA section 101(f)-Lead in paint/similar surface coating material standard, through SGS test, JH aluminum mirror lead content is: 0.002%, harmless to human beings.
